Midwest Allergy And Asthma Clinic

The Latest Conversations About Healthcare

Personalized clinic treats asthma and allergy combo

Great staff and providers. Great communication,

No cons for me, I really enjoyed working here.

Coworkers were nice. The place used to be better

Low pay, bad benefits, employee turnaround very high

Lots of free meals thanks to pharmaceutical reps. Some of the doctors are approachable, willing to listen and take into consideration ideas of support staff however, very little gets past senior management. There are some great employees that have stood the test of time, but are they still a benefit to the practice or dead weight and no longer contibuting? Support staff receives the same raise across the board regardless of their contributions, attendance, or longevity.

Old antiquated practices in a moldy environment seems ironic for an allergy practice. Charts are everywhere but where they need to be at the necessary time. They are still utilizing paper charting methods without a firm date of upgrading to an electronic medical record. They micromanage support staff with hourly wages below market while management twiddles their thumbs earning six digits. They ask far too much of their employees without compensating them for their efforts.

Full time employees receive free benefits which is unheard of. Bonuses are also a perk and some holiday gifts.
